We are lucky that we are a home based, small family run business and can therefore ensure that precautions are being taken when packaging up our customer orders.
The WHO (World Health Organisation) has advised that people receiving parcels are not at risk of contracting the coronavirus (COVID-19) as it doesn’t survive long on objects, such as letters or parcels. Most signed for parcels now don’t require signatures, so that customers do not have to touch any handheld devices.
We have a wide variety of products in stock and at the moment our wholesalers are all continuing to deliver via various couriers to us. This may be subject to daily change and most wholesalers and courier companies are operating on reduced staffing levels. Products for horses is considered essential under animal health / welfare.
We typically use AnPost, DPD or Fastway to dispatch orders to customers and they have said that delivery of post may take longer than normal at present due to demand and reduced workforce numbers. However they are still operating as an essential service.
